Facade Panels
Facade panels are composite structural elements used on building facades, offering high levels of insulation and durability. Developed by Frigopol Cooling, these panels not only enhance energy efficiency but also provide thermal, water, sound, and fire insulation ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both residential and industrial buildings.
Each panel consists of galvanized steel or aluminum sheets on both sides, with a high-density insulation core made of rock wool (stone wool) and PIR or PUR polyurethane foam in between. This special core structure provides superior thermal insulation, helping to maintain indoor temperature while minimizing energy loss.
With their paintable metal surfaces, the panels bring an aesthetic finish to facades. They are long-lasting and resistant to environmental factors. Thanks to the galvanized coating, problems such as rust or corrosion are eliminated reducing maintenance costs in the long run.
What is a Facade Panel?
Facade panels are composite structures made of two metal sheets and a high-density PIR or PUR insulation core in between. The steel or aluminum sheets used on the outer surfaces are galvanized to ensure corrosion resistance. Primer and topcoat paints applied to the surface enhance both durability and visual appeal.
Thanks to their high-performance insulation core, heat transfer between the interior and exterior environments is minimized. This helps maintain a constant temperature in areas such as cold rooms, reduces energy consumption, and lowers operating costs.
What Are Frigopol Facade Panels Used For?
-
Thermal Insulation: Helps maintain indoor temperatures and saves energy.
-
Sound Insulation: Reduces noise pollution and creates a more comfortable interior.
-
Fire Resistance: The insulated structure is resistant to high temperatures.
-
Water and Moisture Resistance: Protects the structure from external elements and extends its lifespan.
-
Aesthetic Contribution: Adds architectural value with its modern appearance.
